The law lets the existing racetrack casinos and the casino in a historic resort hotel offer wagering through any authorised interactive gaming provider. The regime sits beside the state's other gaming statutes, from the traditional lottery and racetrack video lottery to limited video lottery, table games, the limited gaming facility and sports wagering, and is carried by the Interactive Wagering Act at section 29-22E, with its own rules and published lists of iGaming licensees and registrants.
