Getting there and staying
No transport fare, transfer time or hotel rate is quoted here, because no document of this site's registry carries them. Each of the five venues above is itself a hotel or sits inside one, and each official page linked from the venue directory carries directions, parking and reservation information. During major series, room blocks and rates move week to week — the only current number is the one on the venue's own page.
Playing: what the rule documents establish
